Why did you not make (...) character?
I have been asked why I did not make Nemesis, Megaera, Moros etc. The purpose of this project is not to represent all characters from Hades. We began with some of our favorite characters and then consulted our followers for who’d they’d like to see as stretch goals
I do not position myself as a merch artist trying to represent the entire cast, and this is just a passion project. Please check out my social media, and you may understand why these six characters were chosen over other characters. I would love to make more characters but unfortunately finances wise I cannot make everyone I’d like.

What if I want Nyx, Artemis etc and their goals are not met?
I set the campaign goal at 3,500$ as a way to better ensure a successful outcome to the project. Making the other characters as stretch goals better ensures we will have enough funds to get started on production. Of course my hope is we can fund all of them, but in the case we don’t quite make it on the higher stretch goals I would encourage you to pledge at a level you feel comfortable with.
You can always add more pins on when the survey is sent after the campaign finishes if you’d prefer to wait and make sure the stretch goal pins are available!

When will my pins ship?
If all goes smoothly, I plan to ship rewards August - September 2026. If my manufacturer needs to remake pins or there are delays, this may push this target back. Please check out my estimated timeline in the “Timeline” section of the campaign page.

When will my package arrive?
Items shipped within the US can take between 4-7 days to arrive after it’s been shipped.
International orders can take between 2-7 weeks to arrive, depending on how fast your customs processes packages. Please note that once a package has left our office that we know as much about it as you do. If you package has not arrived after seven weeks, please contact me.

What is your refund policy?
We will not offer refunds. The funds from this project will be used to produce the pins, freebies, shipping materials etc. If you’d like to cancel your pledge, please do so before the campaign ends

Will the Pins be available for purchase after the campaign ends?
This is a possibility! After all rewards are fulfilled, and any damaged/lost shipments are taken care of, leftover Pins will be available for purchase online. However, I can’t guarantee how many of each design will be available, more popular designs may not have many left overs. Backing the campaign is your best bet on receiving the Pins you want.
We’ll be sure to update backers when and where remaining rewards are available for purchase!

Are all 10 pin options available?
Yes, all 10 pins options are available! Any remaining designs that were not unlocked during the campaign will be self funded and you may choose them when completing your survey

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
